Your Fish's Telemedicine Consultation
We begin most fish appointments with a telemedicine visit. During your consultation, Dr. Burns or Dr. Reynolds will ask you to show them your fish and their tank or pond so they can get a clearer picture of what may be going on. Seeing the whole environment often gives our team valuable clues about your fish’s health.
In-Person Exams & Safe Transport
If our veterinarian determines that a hands-on examination is the best next step, we’ll ask you to bring your fish into the hospital. Our team will walk you through exactly how to transport your fish safely and comfortably, so the trip is as stress-free as possible for both of you.
